Meet the Team

Chayton Epping is a native of Davenport, Iowa, and grew up in nearby Clinton. He is a 2019 graduate of Camanche High School and later graduated from Eastern Iowa Community Colleges and Upper Iowa University, where he earned his A.A., B.S., and MBA respectively. Chayton serves in the U.S. Navy Reserve as a Logistics Specialist, and currently resides in Central Alabama with his wife, Judith, and their cat, Cupcake.

Chayton is the son of a Nurse, and founded Willow Brook Healthcare Staffing, LLC, in 2026 after learning the value that talented healthcare workers offer to an organization. With Willow Brook, Chayton seeks to provide exceptional service to those in need by connecting them with some of society's greatest and most under appreciated heroes: healthcare professionals. Chayton believes in customer service, continuous improvement, hard work, and the fair treatment of others as his guiding business principles, as well as being guided by his Christian faith.
